Dr. Sonnenblick was born and grew up in New York City. He graduated from Yeshiva University with a B.A. in Biology, received his M.D. from Tel Aviv University Sackler School of Medicine, and completed his residency in pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Sonnenblick is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He worked for several years in academia prior to joining North Jersey Pediatrics.

Dr. Wu was born in Queens, NY and raised in Wappingers Falls, NY. She graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), received her M.D. from Columbia University Medical School, and completed her residency at New York-Presbyterian, Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital in New York. Dr. Wu is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at New York Medical College, where she is a Preceptor for their Primary Care course.

Dr. Steinel was born and raised in New Jersey. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Biology, received her M.D. from New York University School of Medicine, and completed her residency in pediatrics at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. Dr. Steinel is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Prior to joining North Jersey Pediatrics, Dr. Steinel worked as hospital-based pediatrician at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood,

Dr. Boyarsky grew up in New York City. She graduated from Yeshiva University, Stern College for Women with a B.A. in Biology, received her M.D. from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, and completed her residency in pediatrics at Schneider Children’s Hospital in Long Island. Dr. Boyarsky is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Fischer recently joined North Jersey Pediatrics after moving to the northern New Jersey-area from her hometown of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Fischer graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Drew University, received her M.D. from Temple University School of Medicine, and completed her residency training at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. Dr. Fischer is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Wolf was born and raised in Chapel Hill, NC.  She attended college at Wesleyan University in CT before teaching preschool in San Francisco.  After deciding to become a doctor she graduated from medical school at the University of North Carolina and completed her pediatrics residency at the Mount Sinai Medical Center.  She is board certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.  Before joining North Jersey Pediatrics she spent 4 years as a pediatric hospitalist caring for newborns in the nursery and sick children admitted to the hospital with Atlantic Health in Morristown and Summit. 

Dr. Ahuva Bergman grew up in Queens, NY. She graduated from Yeshiva University with a B.A. in biology, received her M.D. from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and completed her residency in pediatrics at Westchester Medical Center. Dr. Bergman is Board Certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Prior to joining North Jersey Pediatrics, Dr. Bergman worked as an outpatient pediatrician first in Bronx, NY and then in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Bergman is married and has three children. She enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending time with her family.
