If you are expecting a child, we encourage you to visit us prior to your baby’s birth to meet with the staff and pose any questions you might have.
If you are transferring from another pediatric practice, we ask that you forward your child’s medical records to us prior to your first visit so that we can review them in advance. Please request a copy of the records from your current primary care physician be sent to our office or drop them off personally.
